Financial Analysis, Due Diligence & Negotiation of Heads of Agreement (HOA):
Our expert negotiation and strategy skills will extract the best possible commercial terms for our clients. We’ll ensure you enter a fair lease that reflects or exceeds current market trends, bringing the full value of our experience and market knowledge to act completely independently on your behalf.
We’ll negotiate non-binding Heads of Agreement on short-listed options so that you receive favourable commercial terms, providing detailed financial modelling. In addition we can provide fit-out design and costings​​​​​

Lease Execution and Occupation:
We will undertake any Technical Due Diligence with input from third party consultants (if required). We review the full lease documentation ensuring all terms negotiated in the HOA are detailed within the Lease Documentation and liaise with your preferred solicitor throughout the process to obtaining a fully Executed Lease.

Lease Exit and Make Good:
Part of this stage may also involve negotiations with your current landlord to ensure appropriate timing between the "move in - move out" phase. Items for discussion include sub-leasing, lease surrender, termination, or third-party assignments. and Make Good negotiations
